The friendly face of the business & Mr Nice Guy through and through. No job’s too big, too small or too awkward for Ian…
Air conditioning isn’t just his business - it’s basically his entire personality. He lives it, breathes it, and we’re pretty sure he’s got a toolbox under his pillow.

are on the tools, she’s behind the
scenes making sure every job, van
and human is where they’re
supposed to be.
If she’s not at her desk, she’s in the
gym lifting heavier than half the team
and still managing to reply to emails
between sets.

Graham’s been with the company since around 18 AD - or at least it feels that
way.
With years of experience under his belt, there’s not much he hasn’t seen or fixed.
He’s not just an excellent engineer but a walking encyclopedia of random history facts so don’t be shy to quiz him on the job!

Friendly, reliable and a natural at making customers feel well looked after.
His only real flaw? He supports Liverpool.
